Applied Principles attend SOFHT Annual Lecture, Luncheon & Awards 2008

Evesham, UK. 22nd November 2008: Three of the Applied Principles team attended the Society of Food Hygiene and Technology 2008 Annual Lecture and Lunch held at the Millennium Mayfair Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London on Thursday 20 November.  Founded in 1979 as an independent voluntary body,  SOFHT’s aim is to help all disciplines involved in the food industry by providing a forum for discussion and an opportunity for people with similar ideas, concerns and viewpoints to meet, either in person or through Society communications. This years keynote speaker was Justin King, Chief Executive of Sainsbury’s plc who gave an address entitled "Exceeding Customer Expectations for Healthy, Safe, Fresh and Tasty Food"  whilst the menu was created by celebrity chef Brian Turner.
