Systems Workshop

Quality Systems Manager, Richard Leathers     welcoming everyone to the Workshop

Applied Principles held their inaugural Systems Workshop at the Jurys Inn hotel, Heathrow and invited their customers to see the latest software development and get their valuable feedback on the system.

Approximately 30 customers joined AP staff for demonstrations, discussions and shared the benefit of their experience of using the Principle Suite system in their organisations.

Visitors were treated to a first look at new software development projects in managing traceability and report writing, both of which will be available to customers early in 2010. Quality Systems Manager Richard Leathers     led an ideas sharing session beginning with his own Top 5 tips for getting the most out of Principle Suite, visitors shared their top tips too. Demonstrations of Applied Principles' Hornet 2 integration with Hygiena ATP and the 'Gerald' Single User System continued the ideas sharing theme.

The final session of the afternoon allowed customers to put their questions regarding software development to AP staff, ultimately producing a wish list of requirements and priorities. Commenting on the feedback received Systems Consultant, Rachel Scott, said

"We were delighted to receive the excellent feedback from our customers, who are clearly as passionate about Principle Suite as we are! We are now analysing that list along with our current development road map and will be planning for the next 2 or 3 releases of the product, we will, of course, keep all of our customers updated as to our progress."

Applied Principles expect to hold regular workshops with customers as system development progresses.
