Based in Manchester, it’s an independent manufacturer of quality prepared chilled vegetable produce; stir frys, meal accompaniments, snacks, sauces and bean-sprouts, the latter of which they also grow. Applied Principles have got together with Hygiena, the leaders in ATP swab testing technology to bring you the ability to transfer your hygiene swab testing results straight into your Principles Quality Manager reports.
