Principle Suite System enables you to capture paper-based information using easy to use software and portable rugged devices.
Whether on the factory-floor, in-store or out in the field the user responds to simple on-screen instructions which mimic your paperwork questions. Depending on the user's response the task will automatically trigger an advanced question and depending upon the severity of the non-conformance can if necessary advise additional contacts via e-mail or SMS text of the response. All the data is time and date stamped and stored within the server allowing reports to be created immediately for analysis and trending exercises.
The system is set up so it knows your product, components and ingredients, the hand-held devices constantly communicate with the system either by wireless or mobile GSM if out in the field and monitor for non-conformances at critical points of the process. One of the unique benefits is that customers can easily create their own scheduled tasks to replace paperwork without requiring additional software or upgrades. The system has been specifically designed so you are easily able to set up new tasks and advanced questions to create a workflow. 5 STEPS TO EFFICIENCY

Step 1
Your paperwork is converted into a series of questions which will be visible on the handheld device. The user will answer the questions in sequence and cannot skip to the next question without providing a response. The responses to the questions have been pre-defined so should the user input not meet the desired parameter then this will trigger a non-conformance and if necessary an advanced question.Step 2
We have designed the system to enable very easy set up, we train you to be able to set up new tasks and decide what the acceptable response should be. If the user's response does not meet the criteria then they will be asked to carry out an advanced question which you have decided, such as take a photograph using the intergral camera. At this point, you can let the system know if to advise other contacts within the company so they are also aware of the non-conformance without trying to locate them.Step 3
The system is always live and monitoring the server for updates and to store the responses. The changes you make to the system can be used in minutes so for example, you can add a further check to a particular process or change the specification of a product without having to recall previous specification sheets. A record of versions can also be maintained so you can see clearly when changes were made.Step 4
Instead of paperwork which can get mislaid, damaged or isn't correctly completed you now have an electronic form with responses which are time and date stamped. As the user answers the questions the responses are stored within the specific task. A non-conformance is clearly visible and additional information such as photographic evidence is automatically saved within the task so there is no requirement for a separate camera. The task report can then if necessary be forwarded by e-mail to other colleagues or customers so they can see and analyse the activities. This same information is also available on screen via a secure password login.Step 5
A significant advantage of the system compared to paper-based forms is the ability to see live reports without copying the data into a spreadsheet. The easy to understand reports can immediately highlight areas which can be improved.
