My Quality Manager is Principle Suite's reporting system. It has easy to use views which enable you to extract the data from your system quickly. If the data is recorded in Principle Suite, it can be reported on.

My Quality Manager is written using the industry standard Microsoft Reporting Services and can be made available via your companies' Intranet or via a secure website.

You have complete control over who has access to your data and a login and password is required to login and use the reports.

Often similar reports are run daily, weekly or monthly so My Quality Manager gives you the option to save report views as favourites to make it easy to run reports when you want them. Here are some examples of the reports you can run:

• Product reports
• Tasks by equipment item
• Location tasks
• Check Analysis
• Daily Tasks
• Daily instances of a particular task (e.g. show 30 minute checks on one report)
• Red Amber Green
• Overal Equipment Effectiveness
• Task Exceptions (i.e. the 'Reds')
• Tasks run by a selected operator
• Metrics
• Compare similar items (i.e. Production on Line 1 against Line 2)

Upload and Backup Task Data

www.APMQM.com also performs an invaluable upload of task data and the back up of vital information. The upload of task data with the security profile is configured when the system is set up. As the system and data owner, you have complete control over who has access to the data. If you are not on site, you can still access the data as long as you have an Internet connection.
